The HRGA Educational Foundation is a healthcare industry trade organization affiliated with numerous Pharmaceutical and Medical companies. Our mission is to provide quality Sales Training programs that will aid current industry reps as well as train and certify entry level reps for a career in Medical Equipment Sales or Pharmaceutical Sales.

Our Mission

The mission of the HRGA Educational Foundation is to build a more effective and efficient healthcare supply channel through networking, business intelligence, and educational opportunities for industry participants as well as entry level reps who want to enter the industry.

Foundation Objectives

  • Provide industry recognized training that will help entry level reps enter either Medical Sales or Pharmaceutical Sales as a career.
  • Provide forums where industry participants can make connections and develop supply chain solutions
  • Educate healthcare distributors, manufacturers and customers about healthcare & supply chain issues

The HRGA Foundation produces and/or provides funding for market reports providing insights on specific healthcare customer segments

  • Surveys and studies offering benchmarks and trend analysis
  • Emerging trends reports which dig deeper into issues critical to healthcare suppliers and customers
  • HRGA Sales Training course development, designed to improve the ability of distributor and manufacturer sales reps to solve customer problems
